Just like people shouldn't do celebrations when they do something tight and their team is down 3 or more scores." TRUE but, if that was me and one of my homeboys no matter how much we losing by if he say something that's sort of an inside joke that is funny, Imma laugh. I'll try to hide it and I'll probably be mad again right afterward, but Imma laugh. Problem is, with all those cameras on that bench, he can't hide it. Sheeeeit, he didn't even try lol.

As for Stevie Johnson I heard the commentator say "he's a lively kid, his teammates love him, and he likes to keep it light". In other words, he's just having fun right now and he has yet to get to that point where he's determined to win at all costs a la Kobe/Jordan or in his case, Jerry Rice. It reminds me of how they say LeBron is a jokester and still needs to mature and get that focus that a champion needs. Not that Stevie Johnson is as talented in his sport as LeBron is at basketball but you get what I'm saying.

I'm rooting for Johnson (and my fantasy squads lol) so I hope he rebounds well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8701394488913193718.post-35717101299666122062010-12-01T10:07:26.128-05:002010-12-01T10:07:26.128-05:00I agree about Derek Anderson. Maybe thats why he ...I agree about Derek Anderson. Maybe thats why he has a short fuse. This will be a great Coors Light commercial. But when you get a chance go to Youtube and search DJ Steve Porter. The sound bite will probably get used by Steve for an ESPN season recap before Coors gets to it.

He shouldn't be laughing or get caught laughing in a game where his team is getting beat and it doesn't look like he's doing anything to help. Just like people shouldn't do celebrations when they do something tight and their team is down 3 or more scores..

You won't see Brady or Manning laughing on the sidelines when their team is losing. They usually have the angriest face possible on. I'm sure they want to laugh but they are smart enough to hold it in. This is comparable (on a much smaller scale) to Bush going fishing during Katrina, its things that leaders just shouldn't do.

I wish I had Steve Johnson on my team, I thought about picking him up, but thought to long about it.

He's making a name for himself, I just hope he's one of those silent but deadly Roddy White, Andre Johnson (before the fight) type of WRs in the future. I'm tired of the divas.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08373530209572582333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8701394488913193718.post-38625404690216325102010-11-30T15:49:16.323-05:002010-11-30T15:49:16.323-05:00Derek Anderson: His career was over 2 years ago. T...Derek Anderson: His career was over 2 years ago. This is a moot point and will eventually be on a Coors Light commercial like all the other popular football sound bytes. But who knows why dude was smiling. Just because he was losing doesn't mean he's not allowed to laugh. A lot of us would be pissed about it but if one of our close friends or teammates said something to us that was just funny then we'd laugh too. I don't fault him at all for that.

Steve/Stevie Johnson: One of my fav WRs in the NFL right now and definitely my biggest waiver wire pickup of the season. This guy is gonna be good. BUT, I think he played himself on the Why So Serious thing. Sure he had a GREAT game against the Bengals and that Batman line was quite on point. But then he comes back the next week and drops a wide-open game winner. Well, that's why people are SO SERIOUS. Because you (Steve) are supposed to make those catches if you wanna be a big time receiver in the NFL.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
